Organic Foods

I am very interested in the debate between organic and inorganic foods, although I am not in a position to make a personal article on it, but look at this, it's well balanced I think. It leans away from organic but doesn't outright denounce it.

It's at Tech Central Station

Thanks for mentioning this article. As a chef I always found the whole debate rather silly. When you talked to people behind the scenes in the food industry they've known all along it was a scam, but a very profitable scam. I'm not a huge fan of companies like Tyson Chicken, but I don't think they would go out of thier way to harm a customer either. The people who really believe in this stuff treat it like a religion hence the whole morality and ethics issue. But, truthfully, the food business as a whole is like the description of making sausage, it's delicious but you don't want to know how they do it!

Thanks again,

People just miss the point that it's all about trade-offs. Organic vs regular food, one has benefits the other doesn't and vice versa.

Thanks so much for commenting!
